The Process
Design & Approval
Genesis can provide both insight into the construction process and advice on your car wash design needs. We apply our knowledge to provide the most complete construction experience in the car wash industry.
Project Management
Our project manager team has been in the commercial modular construction industry for years. They have been involved with every aspect of the design and construction process and have the experience to see possible issues before they occur and can provide guidance and suggestions to navigate around any issue that might arise.
Building Manufacturing
Genesis provided more than just prefabricated panels; Genesis produces a fully manufactured building. All of our structures are designed to meet the codes of the site jurisdiction.
Equipment Installation
Genesis installs the carwash and ancillary equipment completely wired and plumbed. Additionally, Genesis test the function of all carwash equipment that is factory installed prior to leaving the facility.
Delivery & Installation
We handle delivery and installation for the Genesis System as part of our scope of work. We Load and transport the carwash on custom designed air-ride trailers. We procure the crane services required and offload the building onto the site foundations, and we perform the final installation of the building system on the site and complete a final customer walk-thru and sign-off upon site completion
